Table by Thomas Hope

Hawkins Furniture commissioned to fulfill a complete restoration of this table by Thomas Hope. The project included removal of poor earlier gilding and paintwork, recarving lost and damaged wood, followed by gilding and painting.

Note: Client specification to leave gilding undistressed.
